What developers and main contractors need from a timber frame and SIP manufacturer is accurate panels, delivered when promised, and erected by a team that’s accountable for the result. Our team has decades of experience manufacturing and erecting timber frame across the full range of timber frame systems we make.

We engineer the structure to your drawings, manufacture it at our factory in Butterleigh, Devon, and erect it with our own site teams – external walls, internal walls, floors and roof. We work directly for developers, or as a subcontractor to the main contractor.

Supply and erect

We manufacture, deliver and erect the structural shell plot by plot, ready for your trades to follow. Timber frame in open, filled or closed panel form, or SIPs.

Complete delivery

Within about a hundred miles of Butterleigh we can take on the whole build, from groundworks to handover, with one point of contact for the developer.

Design and engineering

Our technical team works with your architect and engineer to produce the manufacturing drawings and the structural calculations behind them.

Choice of system

Timber frame and EI SIP are the two systems developers use most. Both are cost-effective; EI SIP suits schemes that need higher thermal performance.
