This four bedroom house on Jersey was put up in collaboration with AHS, a partner of ours on the island. A unique house that was built to blend with and reflect it's surroundings by the sea. It was designed and built using building physics tools (passivhaus methodology), Modern Methods of Construction, and used largely natural or recycled materials - primarily timber. It’s heating/cooling energy demand is modelled at less than 20kWhr/m2 per year.
